With Hypno-CBT®️ I can help you cope better with and resolve some of the common challenges in midlife and menopause, such as sleep disturbance, flushes, anxiety, brain fog, lack of motivation, confidence and self-esteem to name but a few.

Alongside biological and nutritional education, I provide support and guidance relating to weight, metabolic and hormonal changes as we age (in midlife and beyond). I use Hypno-CBT®️ to help with mindset, anxiety, motivation and techniques to reverse unhelpful habits, enabling you to make more mindful choices for wellbeing, to fully prosper, succeed, reach your desired goals and live life to the full – despite life stressors that may come along the way. Building coping and resilience skills for any future stressful situations (so that you can stop worrying about them and get on with living in present).

Both Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) have serious research evidence behind them to support their efficacy and the unique combination results in fewer sessions being needed, typically 5 or 6 sessions. Hypno-CBT®️ combines the use of the imagination focussed upon a dominant idea (for example how you want your behaviour to be) with cognitive behaviour techniques. If you suffer with worry, anxiety, or feeling continually lost in your thoughts – then you know the power of your own imagination. Our job together, is to train and harness your own imaginative powers in a way that solves your current and future difficulties.
