Introduction

I have a deep passion for and lifelong experience of helping people to get back on track; get back in the game so to speak – to focus on and make progress towards their personal goals and desires. Throughout my working life, I have supported individuals, families and groups to navigate and overcome difficult life stressors. I offer evidence-based techniques, information and strategies for all aspects of growth and change, to include reversing unhelpful habits and behaviours; overcoming anxiety, fear and worry; increasing motivation and focus; and building resilience for lasting change.
